Returns & Exchanges

At Main Event, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
